Washington Hebrew Freedom Passover Seder

Our member congregation Washington Hebrew invites you to their Freedom Passover Seder event:

We are excited to welcome you and your family to join with members and clergy of Washington Hebrew to share a special Freedom Passover Seder in the spirit of unity.  This celebration of freedom and friendship will take place on Wednesday, April 24th at 6:00 PM at Washington Hebrew Congregation.

The Freedom Seder features the traditional foods of the Passover Festival observance, as well as prayers, songs, and readings from a variety of religious traditions. Our readings emphasize the universal struggle for freedom and human dignity, and we will focus once more on those ongoing struggles that continue to plague our world. This will be an opportunity to share in the common themes of faith, the hope of freedom, and the joy of deliverance as we build relationships that will enable us to deepen and strengthen our partnership.

Please rsvp before Friday, April 19th, by contacting Marsha Humphries at MHUMPHRIES@WHCTEMPLE.ORG, and letting her know how many will be joining us from your congregation so that we can plan accurately. In addition, please make sure to provide the names of the clergy who will be joining us. She will also be more than happy to respond to any questions you might have.

We look forward to welcoming you and your congregational family as together we collaborate in building a community of faith, hope, support, and unity.
