We encourage all leaders participating in the Maryland Just Power Alliance (ACT, AIM, and PATH) listening campaign to join us for this foundational, Equity-Centered Facilitation Training on Monday, August 18. The training will be led by facilitation expert Suzanne Haley.

Together, we'll practice the skills of equity-centered facilitation. You'll learn how to create a space where people feel safe enough to share what's real, and where we commit to listening intently to truly understand.

This training will equip you to lead listening sessions where every voice is welcomed and valued, especially across lines of race, income, and other differences. Our collective listening will be the foundation of our 2026 agenda and will build our power for transformational change.
