AIM, as part of the Maryland Just Power Alliance, voted on January 29th to support the following priorities in this year’s Maryland legislative session:

Immigrant Protections

1. Maryland Data Privacy Act (HB0711, SB0504)

2. Ending 287(g) Agreements in Maryland (SB245, HB444)

3. Community Trust Act (SB791, HB1575)

Housing

1. Starter & Silver Homes Act (SB36, HB0239)

2. “Bring Back Main Street” Bill (SB829, HB1137)

Healthy Homes/ Climate Equity

1. Strategic Energy Investment Fund (SEIF) FY27 Budget Allocation
